Event Styling Consultations at Beyond Tablescapes are designed for hosts and planners seeking a thoughtfully curated, elevated tabletop experience. During a one-hour consultation, we collaborate closely to define the aesthetic vision for your event, thoughtfully selecting elements such as linens, china, cutlery, glassware, florals, and centerpieces. This session allows us to understand your style, event goals, and design preferences while offering expert guidance rooted in luxury tabletop design. The consultation fee is $150 for one hour.

Should you choose to move forward with Beyond Tablescapes following the consultation, our services can extend seamlessly into full event styling and execution. We create custom mood boards, personally source and shop for design elements, and manage installation to ensure every detail is intentional and cohesive. Ongoing styling services are billed at $150 per hour, providing a tailored, hands-on approach that brings your vision to life with elegance and ease.
