Wedding rental minimums are exclusive of delivery and applicable service fees.
The minimum may be met with any combination of: china, glassware, flatware, chargers, lighting, and tabletop decor.
Linens, styling services, delivery, rental protection, and handling fees do not apply toward the rental minimum.
If the rental minimum is not met, you may add additional items to your order or the remaining balance will be applied to meet the minimum.

Applied to all orders. Covers cleaning, sanitizing, polishing, and the careful preparation of each piece.
Rental Protection Plan
5% total rental price
Applied to all orders. Covers minor wear while preserving the quality of our collection.
Damaged/Missing Items
3x rental price per piece
Applies to items that are broken, damaged, or unaccounted for at the conclusion of your event.

BEYOND TABLESCAPES offers professional tabletop installation for your event.
White Glove Setup Service Includes
Unpacking rental inventory, steaming and styling linens, precision place setting installation, including chargers, plates, glassware, and flatware, chair alignment and spacing, napkin folding and styling, and meticulous tabletop finishing touches to ensure a polished and cohesive presentation.

DELIVERY PRICING
Applies to both private residences and event venues from our Paoli, PA location.
All delivery fees include delivery, unloading, and post-event pickup from the same location.
One-Way Travel Time from Paoli
0-15 minutes: $100
16-35 minutes: $150
36-45 minutes: $200
46-60 minutes: $250
61-75 minutes: $300
Pricing is based on one-way travel time from our Paoli location and includes two trips: delivery and post-event pickup. Additional fees may apply for stairs, difficult access, multiple delivery locations, or large/oversized orders.
